Your PM prepares your trip, receives your initial request and discusses it with you to give you an initial idea of the route and price.
Your PM will take into account your requirements and will adapt the proposal as your discussion progresses. Your PM is an expert on our destination who will be able to help you with everything from golfing tips to visits well off the beaten track.
On-site, your PM will put together all the components of your trip: the welcome on arrival, the transfer to your accommodation, the hotel reservation, the selection of a suitable guide, the various transport arrangements, and the organization of activities and meals. Your PM can be reached at any time during your trip.

Paris Incentive International Sportive Event 4 Nights / 5 Days
The programme included small group activities every day, such as private visits to Parisian artisans, celebrity chefs and behind-the-scenes visits to museums and palaces.
The Welcome Reception took place at the Palais Chaillot facing the Eiffel Tower, the Pre-Championship League Final Reception at the Philharmonic Museum and the Farewell Party at the Georges Pompidou Contemporary Museum.

Nice Meeting International Conference 3 Nights / 4 Days
The conference hosted a 3-day meeting of international engineers. Each participant was transported individually from the airport to the centre of Nice. Plenary room and sub-committee rooms were planned. The participants enjoyed the beach for the first evening, then on the second day the group was transported to the hinterland. Songs and dances of the region welcomed the visitors, then the Chef initiated a typical Nice dish and the barbecue was served under the vine arbour.

Champagne Incentive Travel 3 Nights /4 Days
A group of personalities who know each other well got together to discover the region and taste the best Champagnes. The participants were very active during the day, discovering the region by bike, boat and treasure hunt. An evening at the Chateau, with a visit and tasting of the best cellar in Rheims.
